Hello Folks,
In order to tell you about us first of all you need to know that Sherry and myself (Jerry) have always had a love of ranching, horses, and Cowboys. We were Log Home Builders a few years ago and while building a new log home for a wonderful couple just down the road from the Longhorn Ranch these folks told us that the ranch next door had just came up for sale. When we drove up to the place through the forest service road our first thought was WOW what a view. That was nine years ago and about everyone that has came to visit has had the same reaction, and those that have been lucky enough to stay for the magnificent sunset have fallen in love just as we have. We have been hosting an annual pig roast and trail ride for the past nine years on Memorial day weekend, But have always wanted to share the peacfulness and beauty of this wonderful place with as many people as we can. Since Horses have always been a big part of our life we thought that it was only right to dedicate the Longhorn Ranch to preserving the cowboy way of life and giving as many people as we can the chance to experience the Ozarks the way that many of our ancestors did, from the back of a horse. We love meeting new people and would like to extend an invitation to each and every one.
